Signing in and resetting access
Use the My Account area to sign in, reset a password, and manage account details associated with store orders. Customers should use the same email address they want linked to order updates and support follow-up.
What the account area is for
Account pages can show order history, addresses, and account-linked order updates. They are also the preferred route for customers who want to review recent orders before contacting support.
Guest orders still receive support
If an order was placed as a guest, support can still review it when the customer provides the same email address used at checkout plus the order number.
