How charges are calculated
Shipping charges can depend on package size, weight, destination, carrier service, supplier origin, and whether the order requires parcel, freight, or special handling. The cart and checkout are the best places to review the total charge attached to an order before payment.
Extra delivery costs
Large-item handling, freight appointments, remote-area access, residential delivery, lift-gate requests, re-delivery attempts, or address correction events can create additional carrier charges in some situations. If an extra charge is required before shipment, the store may contact the customer for approval or cancel the order when fulfillment is not possible.
Taxes, duties, and third-party fees
Displayed totals may not include import duties, customs assessments, or local charges collected by authorities or carriers when those apply outside the store’s control. Customers are responsible for reviewing the checkout total carefully before placing an order.
