You can adjust the temperature easily from 175°F to 390°F (80-200°C). The commercial deep fryer automatically shuts off if the temperature exceeds 446°F (230°C) or if there’s a malfunction with the temperature controller.
All parts, including the oil tank, are easily removable for cleaning. The stainless steel exterior simplifies wiping down after use.
The feet are adjustable, while a well-matched cover reduces oil splashes. A front hook facilitates convenient basket draining.
